Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. During peak seasons and promotional periods, please allow additional processing time. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Priority Shipping (1-2 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and destination. Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $75.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages if they are coming from different warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost.

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO boxes or postal codes with limited service. A complete physical address is required for all deliveries.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. For missing or delayed packages, please wait 48 hours after the expected delivery date before contacting our customer service team.

Signature Requirements
Orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified in advance if a signature is required for your package.

During holiday periods, please place your orders early to ensure timely delivery. Specific holiday shipping deadlines and information will be posted on our website.

International Shipping
