Return Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most unworn, unaltered items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear and intimate apparel
  • Accessories and jewelry
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Customized or personalized items

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account and access your order history
  2. Select the items you wish to return
  3. Complete the return authorization form
  4. Package items securely in original packaging
  5. Include the completed return form
  6. Affix the provided return shipping label
  7. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or full refund upon receipt.

Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to availability. To request an exchange, indicate your preference on the return authorization form. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Store Credit
You may opt to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Return Status
Track your return using the tracking number provided with your return label. You can also check return status in your account order history.

International Returns
We currently accept returns from Canadian addresses only. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs.

Holiday Returns
Extended return periods may apply during holiday seasons. Specific deadlines will be announced on our website.

Final Sale Items
All final sale items are clearly marked at purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Quality Inspection
